Gourmet meals
When you hear the ship's bell its either time a briefing or time to partake in a culinary adventure. Dining aboard the trimaran is an experience you won't soon forget. Many charter yachts have excellent food but this is in a class of its own. All of the meals are served on the charming and spacious teak aft deck with the ocean and the islands of Caribbean as your backdrop. Each morning begins with fruit juice, fresh coffee and tea available from 6.30, with the irresistible aromas of home style cooking soon after.
Breakfast is served buffet style on the back deck which makes an ideal setting for welcoming pitchers of icy wake-up drinks, flaky stuffed croissants, spicy sausages and berry-filled muffins. All of our breakfasts are served with a fresh fruit platter, a selection of cold fruit juices, teas, coffee, toast, muffins, bagels, and an assortment of breakfast cereals.
Lunch is a large buffet served in the shade of the aft deck canopy that will attract even the most dedicated diver or sunbather. You will enjoy a wide variety of international culinary creations, fantastic salads, fresh fruit and delicious baked desserts.
Between meals there are plenty of snacks including bowls full of chocolate goodies, granola bars, fresh fruit and flavorful appetizers in the afternoon.
Dinner is a classic sit-down event and is the culinary highlight of the day. A savory blend of cosmopolitan cuisine and Caribbean fare are complimented by a broad selection of fine wines. A week of dining is a truly memorable experience. Make sure you save room for those mouthwatering deserts such as Chocolate Decadence Cake or a Lime and Macadamia Tart. Every taste bud tantalizing meal is an event to anticipate. Think of some of the best meals you have ever had, put them into a one week menu and you will have a good idea of the level of dining that is provided. Needless to say, this is not the time to start a diet.

MONDAY
All of our breakfasts are served with a fresh fruit platter, a selection of fruit juices, teas, coffee, toast, muffins, bagels, and an assortment of breakfast cereals. Beach BBQ held during the week
The beach barbecue at "The Crawl", a fabulous rock enclosed beach and pool, is the highlight of the last afternoon of the trip. In a "film set" among the huge boulders and palm trees on the beach we set up a delicious barbecue featuring various meats, fish and veggies, accompanied by colorful salads and of course well stocked coolers of wine beer and sodas. Tables and benches allow for a comfortable meal for all in the shade of the palm trees.
