Booking Policy
We highly recommend to book this trip early. This is a very popular hotel in Europe and it does book fully often, especially in the summer months. At the time of your booking, flights arrangements are purchased. Club 1 has a set amount in the price of the trip allowing for travel from New York (JFK) but will try to find flights from your city for the same set price if available. A deposit of $400 is due to the hotel at time of booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to the trip.
We recommend travel insurance, please ask your Club 1 representative for details.
Terms and conditions
The hotel and Club 1 is unable to accept responsiblity for expenses incurred due to travel delays. We reserve the right to cancel any booking and to render null and void any documents or tickets issued if final payment is not received at the due date. We are not liable for loss or damage to guests caused by acts of God, natural disasters, acts of government, wars, terrorist activity or any other reason beyond our control.
Smoking policy in hotel
The hotel requests that there is no smoking in the rooms as a courtesy and also for the benefit of future guests.
Smoking is permitted on the balconies of the rooms, however. They also request that guests wait to smoke after a meal has ended.
HEALTH
At this time no compulsory vaccinations are required for travel to Greece. However, we recommend that you check with your doctor as to what precautions are advisable or necessary at least 2 months prior to departure. We strongly recommend obtaining adequate travel and medical insurance to cover the time of your travel. If you have a special needs diet it is not a problem, the hotel can accommodate any type of diet.
PASSPORTS
A valid passport is essential for all travelers to Greece. Be sure your passport is current and allow time if you need to renew.
