| No - Club1 provides singles vacations, events and adventures for all types of travelers. We do recommend that you become a member. This way you immediately take advantage of the numerous member benefits that we have to offer. Including an immediate 10% discount on your trips and start earning travel credits now toward your first free weekend getaway!

| Yes- Club1 provides the opportunity for singles to enjoy events, getaways and vacations with other single travelers. We do require that you are single to ensure group dynamics.

| Can I book my group travel through Club1? |

| Yes - We can cater to individuals, small groups and large groups. We do recommend that your group becomes Club1 members so that you can take obtain the best discounts and rewards possible. In order to obtain travel credits your group must join Club1. If you have a large group (10 or over) please contact us directly.

| How do I get a free vacation? |

| First you must become a member of Club1 and then for every five travel credits you earn you will receive a free weekend getaway. It's that simple! You will be able to choose any trip that is offered on the Club1 calendar and the only condition is availability and that your membership is in good standing.

| If you are interested in joining Club 1 please contact us at info@club1travel.com Your membership enrolls you in the Travel Credit Program earning you free weekend getaways and additional discounts offered only to members as well as access to local single events in your area (if available) Your travel discounts begin the moment you join Club 1 Travel. Silver Members receive a 10% discount immediately on all travel that increases to 15% at 10 travel credits (Gold Member) and 20% when you reach 20 travel credits (Platinum Member). You receive one free weekend getaway for every 5 travel credits you earn. |

| How does the Travel Credit Program work? |

| Each trip is assigned a travel credit based on the length and cost. It is generally 1/2 credit for "getaways" and 1 credit or more for "vacations". Club1 also offers incentives to earn more travel credits, such as booking 90 days or earlier on a vacation will earn you extra travel credits. If you get three of your friends to join Club1, you will receive one travel credit. Get 15 to join and you receive a free trip!

| How do I sign up for a trip? |

| That's simple; you can book online if you feel comfortable or contact one of our travel professionals. You will at that time have the opportunity to join as a Club1 member to take advantage of the discounts and enter into the travel credit program. You do not need to be a member to take a trip with Club1.

| Do I know who my travel companions will be? |

| If you are willing to release your email address, we will disclose it to your travel companion you will be sharing accommodations with about two weeks prior to the trip. We will also be hosting chat rooms and bulletin boards where everyone on a particular trip can enter.

| What is the Club1 travel profile used for? |

| This information is used by your travel coordinator to promote the best possible group dynamics for your vacation. This profile information is kept confidential by Club1. We cannot guarantee that personalities will click; so of course, we do expect our members to be considerate and thoughtful towards fellow travelers.

| Are flights included with Club1 vacations? |

| Flights are not included unless specifically stated. Club1 travel agents are available to assist you in finding the best deal possible and members have additional benefits available when booking through Club1.

| If I book a trip as a non member do I still receive Club1 benefits? |

| Yes - you receive the same exceptional high standard of customer service as everyone else for your vacation. This is limited to your chosen vacation and you will not receive the member's 10% discount, travel credits or other member benefits. However, if within 10 days of the end date of your vacation you decide you want to become a member, we will backdate your membership enrollment to your trip start date. You will then receive your 10% discount which can be applied against your membership fee. Club1 will also award your earned credits backdated from your first weekend getaway and you will immediately receive all other member benefits. |
